Healthy Dinner and Sewing Kitchen Textiles Fish in a Pressure Cooker with Carrots and Tomato Paste Ingredients: • Fish — 500-700 g • Carrot — 1 large • Onion — 1 large • Tomato paste — 2 tbsp • Water — 150 ml • Bay leaf — 1 Preparation: Marinate the fish with lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper for 20-30 minutes. Sauté onion, carrot, then add tomato paste. Add the fish, water, and bay leaf. Cook under pressure for 40 minutes. Serve with rice. Berry Pie (Frozen Berries) Ingredients: • 200 g frozen berries • 150 g sugar • 200 g flour • 1 tsp baking powder • 2 eggs • 100 g butter • 100 ml milk Preparation: Beat eggs with sugar, add melted butter, milk, and vanilla. Add flour with baking powder, mix in berries. Bake at 180°C for 30-40 minutes.
