Speaking on the day of the interrogation (Jan 23, 2026), Sanjay alleged that KTR was summoned because he was the key beneficiary of the illegal surveillance conducted during the BRS regime. He claimed that the SIB was misused to blackmail businessmen and collect massive funds for the 2023 elections. Sanjay criticized the Congress government for dragging the case like a "TV serial" and demanded the immediate arrest of the masterminds.
