Margazhi Mozhi 2025 Margazhi is a sacred month of music, devotion, and shared cultural expression. Rooted in tradition, it brings together voices, stories, and art across generations and geographies. Meet the Classical Vocalists : Chinmay Nair Chinmay Nair is a 16-year-old young artist and musician based in Dubai. Diagnosed with autism at the age of three, Chinmay has shown remarkable focus, creativity, and dedication across multiple disciplines from a young age. He has been deeply engaged in Carnatic classical music for over seven years and has performed on several notable platforms in Dubai, including Expo 2020, Ekata Music Festival, and Santwanam Youth Festival, earning appreciation for his musical talent and stage presence. Alongside music, Chinmay developed an interest in block printing, which began as a vocational skill and evolved into Chinuzz Trove, a creative brand that celebrates the talents of differently abled individuals through handcrafted, sustainable products. His work has been showcased at various exhibitions across the UAE, and he actively collaborates with peers to create corporate hampers that highlight collective creativity. Chinuzz Trove has grown into a vibrant community with over 3,700 Instagram followers, promoting sustainability, inclusion, and artistic expression. In addition to his artistic pursuits, Chinmay is equally passionate about swimming, skating, and cycling, demonstrating discipline and enthusiasm across both creative and physical activities. Preetha Nair Preetha is a dedicated mother to Chinmay, a trained behavior therapist, and an IT professional with over a decade of experience. She advocates for inclusion and skill development for young adults with special needs. Passionate about music and art, she is trained in Carnatic classical music and co-owns Chinuzz Trove with Chinmay. Host: Dr. Shambavi Rajagopal Dr. Shambavi Rajagopal is the curator and host of Margazhi Mozhi, a space for thoughtful conversations that blend music, belief, and lived experience. Through this series, she brings together diverse voices to celebrate Margazhi beyond boundaries.
