Homemade Shingle Lift with 2x4s and a Hoist

Quick demo of a shingle lift I made using some 2x4s, subflooring I ripped up a few years ago and saved, and a hoist from Harbor Freight. The pulley at the top was bought separately and attached to a 2x4 with a U-bolt, which I also purchased separately. This lift isn't perfect, but it works great. I made it up as I went along, and am quite pleased with how well it functions. My neighbor, who I hired to replace my garage roof, says he's impressed and I can tell he's happy that I am saving him the work of having to carry shingles up the ladder. If I'm not mistaken, these bundles are about 80 pounds each, and he was planning on carrying them up the ladder half a bundle at a time. 3:30 In use.
