Have you ever wondered how small bottles are filled, capped and labelled in a factory? Here's a short video showing you exactly how it's done in a fully automated line. This particular machine fills several sizes of bottle - 30ml, 40ml, 50ml and 100ml. The empty bottles are placed onto a rotating feed table which aligns them into a queue, ready to enter the filling stage. Meanwhile, a hopper arranges caps so that they are all the same way up and feeds them into a chute which supplies capping stage of the machine. Labels are applied after the bottles are capped and the finished items are sent to a rotary collection table for removal.
