(2:45) i wanted to translate it as "picked me up" at first, but then i checked the kanji and it specifically said that it means "scooping something up", like water, for example? basically, taking some kind of object/substance/etc. (2:49) yuki here is talking about being "insufficient" or "not having enough". basically, she's talking about being so pathetic that someone pitied her and was nice to her.
