JUAN DE FUCA TRAIL: My ascent and descent and ascent and descent into madness

Today on adventures and things we take a 4 day hike on the Juan de Fuca trail. A rugged 47 kilometer pacific northwest coast hiking trail. There are parts in the video where I in fact lose my mind but I think I come out the other end pretty POTATO SALAD THE GOVERNMENT. As you can see I am perfectly fine now. It was a great hike once I changed my mindset however day 2 was a tough go, the relentless uphill and probably the fact that I am out of shape and had too heavy of a bag probably made a difference. Anyways all in all it was a great hike and I would definitely not do it again in its entirety.
