Hey my darlings 😊 I hope you guys are having a wonderful festive season, I’m back with another video I hope you guys enjoy and please don’t forget to subscribe😊 Ingredients: *500g of potato chips *4 tablespoons of oil *2 tablespoons of flour *2 tablespoons of butter *300/400 g of cheese *500ml of milk *6 strips of bacon (chopped) *1 white onion *3 mild jalapeños *1 clove of garlic *half a teaspoon of salt *pinch of ground black pepper Method: 0. preheat your oven to 200-220 degrees 0. In a baking tray put your chips and pour 2 tablespoons of oil and some salt,mix together and bake for 15-20min 0. In a pan add the remaining oil and fry the onion,jalapeños and bacon...once they’ve browned add your garlic and fry for another 5min then set aside 0. In your saucepan melt your butter then add your flour once the butter is melted whisk a little then add your milk and whisk until the sauce is thick(add some salt and pepper) 0. Once the white sauce is thickened add your cheese and mix until the cheese is melted 0.
