Merriweather was also reportedly already out on bond for unrelated charges. DeKyra Vernon, 24, of Evanston — similarly charged with felonious assault and aggravated riot. Expanded Indictments A total of seven suspects, all Black, have now been arrested and face serious felony charges: Montianez Merriweather, Jermaine Matthews, DeKyra Vernon, Dominique Kittle (37), Aisha Devaughn (25), Patrick Rosemond (38), and Gregory Wright (32).
