So, in one of the Daytona Championship USA videos that I uploaded not that long ago, someone mentioned that they felt the game didn't convey the same sense of speed as the original Model 2 game. I said that I disagreed and felt that DC-USA was every bit as fast as the original and that this was backed up by the fact that if you strip away the modern graphics, the two games are basically the same. They both run at 60fps, they handle identically and you can keep them in, more-or-less, perfect sync. Now, I was convinced I'd made a comparison video between the two before, but looking back through my old head-to-head comparisons I couldn't find one. I've made a couple of comparison videos involving Daytona Championship USA and Daytona USA 2001 before and another comparing it to Daytona USA 2: Power Edition, but none involving the original, so I decided to rectify that! #DaytonaUSA #DaytonaUSA2001 #Sega
