Kenyon College I FINALLY GRADUATED

I traveled 4000+ miles in 48 hours just to have my graduation ceremony leave out my name. No matter, I smiled through it all and somehow got my diploma after all! Join me in my final days on campus, as i decide what dress to wear, have the fiasco that was my stage walk, and experience the aftermath of leaving my beloved home in Ohio. This video holds a special place in my heart because I had never been to Ohio before coming to Kenyon. And now I have some of the best memories and friendships to thank for I also had been waiting for this moment my entire college career, and the fact that graduation ended this way, is a remarkable story that I will cherish forever. This past year, often times I battled the fear of being in a place outside of what most do, find a job, settle in their city, develop a good group of friends and so called "start the next chapter of their life." But by doing the complete opposite, I believe I have become the best version of myself. Mostly because I traveled, I cried, I laughed, I learned, and most importantly I did it on my own. Realizing that accepting your own path and trusting the process were some of the best lessons I learned this past year and I wouldn't trade them for the world.
