RJ’s Heating & Cooling Junior Dragsters: 6-11 year olds: W - Addison Ickes, 9.34 dial in, .1403 reaction time, 9.3700 elapsed time, 68.87mph R/U - Addison Grill, 9.18 dial in, .1703 reaction time, 9.2041 elapsed time, 70.41mph Addison has this one in the bag either way! 🙂 Addison Ickes has .030 in her pocket off of the starting line, and carries it down track to take the win by .024. Both drivers move into range of 2024 champ Brey Dudley, who is in second place. Addison Ickes is 2 points behind Brey, and Addison Grill 4 points behind. 12-17 year olds: W - Levi Lear, 7.50 dial in, .0688 reaction time, 7.6067 elapsed time, 77.72mph R/U - Reagan Rowe, 7.60 dial in, .1727 reaction time, 7.6173 elapsed time, 84.05mph Levi has a tenth of a second advantage off of the starting line, and carries it through the finish line to win by .093. Levi came into the day tied for the points lead, and leaves it with a 2 point lead over his sister and 4 points over Nathan Grill going into Sunday’s points finale. Lowe's Garage Jr. Dragster Perfect Reaction Time $100 prize went to Izzie Kinsinger. M&M Parts and Leather Motorcycle class: W - Joe Devola, ‘18 GSXR 1000, 5.79 dial, .0610 RT, 5.8007 ET, 122.05mph R/U - Austin Rodgers, 8.83 dial, ‘03 Harley Sportster, -.0386 RT, 8.9222 ET, 78.77mph Multi time champ Joe came into the race in first place, 2 points ahead of second place Austin. Current #1 versus current #2 in the final, and Austin is too quick on the twist to give Joe the win and now a 3 point lead heading into the Sunday points finale. Seubert & Associates Sportsman: W - Rich Penn, ‘24 Hellcat Durango, 7.58 dial, .0000 RT, 7.5929 ET, 83.78mph R/U - Danny Custer, ‘70 Dodge Demon, 7.49 dial, .0464 RT, 7 ET, 83.58mph Mopar muscle in each lane, modern for Rich, classic for Danny. Rich is absolutely perfect off the starting line, .0129 total, and locks out Danny! Latrobe Auto Group No Box: W - Jeff Sarver, ‘84 Corvette, 5.85 dial, .1124 RT, 5.8733 ET, 117.65mph R/U - Derek Palm, ‘72 Duster, 6.53 dial, -.0008 RT, 6.5442 ET, 103.54mph Derek may have wanted to keep driving after getting that time slip, turning it just pink against Jeff’s .1124. Jeff was otherwise stellar all day, knocking out some hitters on his way to the win. Precision Engine & Dyno Box class: W - Matt Palyas, ‘84 Mustang hatchback, 6.26 dial, .0227 RT, 6.3646 ET, 103.31mph R/U - Paul Burns, ‘76 Nova, 6.27 dial, .0453 RT, 6.4340 ET, 105.58mph Matt has .022 advantage and plenty of room up top to take the win when Paul runs well off of his dial in. ProGraphic Ink pit vehicle race: W - Kyle Penn, scooter. 8.48 dial in, .0873 RT, 8.461 ET R/U - Joe Devola, golf cart, 14.25 dial in, .0408 RT, 14.1748 ET Kyle carried both of his entries to the semifinals, but with 3 entries left, Joe had the bye to the finals. That made it the final round.
