Pace count Set up 100 meter distance . Set it up on a flat road, thru grass and thru the woods. Need your pass count for walking, jogging and when carrying different loads. Also day and night pace will differ alittle. So if you walk it 5 times on a 100 meter coarse add the numbers up and divide by 5 and this will get your pace count. The more times you run the course the more accurate your count will be. Must run the course minimum 3 times.
