✨ Mutton Kabuli Pulao Recipe | Sara’s Culinary Journey ✨ Experience the rich and aromatic flavors of Mutton Kabuli Pulao, a classic Afghan-inspired dish loved across South Asia! In this video, I’ll show you step-by-step how to make this royal rice dish — tender mutton, perfectly cooked basmati rice, and a fragrant blend of spices topped with sweet caramelized carrots and raisins. This recipe is perfect for family gatherings, festive occasions, or whenever you crave something truly special. 🍛 --- 🧂 Ingredients (Add your ingredients here in bullet points — for example) 500g mutton 1kg basmati rice 3 onions(sliced) 2 carrots (grated) 1/4 cup raisins Whole spices (black cardamom, green Cardamon, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaf, cumin seeds, black pepper corns) Salt to taste Ghee or oil as needed --- 🍲 Process / Method 1.Dry roast all the whole spices then grinde and make fragrance full spicemix. 2. In a pressure cooked add the sliced onions and fry until changes the colour in desi ghee, after onions are done add the mutton and fry until slightly changes the colour. 3. Add the spice mix, salt and water as required to boil the mutton until moist and tender. 4. Fry carrots and raisins in ghee and set aside. 5. After the mutton is tender, separate the mutton and strain the stock and store it for rice preparation. 6. In a big utensils add the mutton stock and bring it to boil, once stock is boiling add the soaked basmati rice and cook for about 15 minutes. 7. After the rice is cooked 80%, Garnish with fried carrots, raisins and boiled mutton . 8.
