Navigating the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC) e-Registration Portal

Section 5 (d) of the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 makes it mandatory for data controllers and data processors to register on the e-Registration portal of the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. Considering the fact that organizations can carry out the registration as a self-service or outsource the registration process to a licenced Data Protection Compliance Organization (DPCO) there is need for Data Controllers, Data Processors and Data Protection Officers to learn how to navigate the application interface and the requirements to complete the registration process seamlessly. This training gives a practical experience on how to navigate the portal and detailed answers to frequently asked questions.
