I prepared it in my own style. hope you like this super kofte recipe too . Ingredients you need... 600 gram boneless meat 100 gram lotus stem (Optional) Mustard oil 2 big spoons Eggs 2 Potatoes half kg water as required onions 2 Green chillies few garlic paste 2 table spoons Corn flour 2 table spoon (Optional) Spices ..Black Cardamom 1 and powder half table spoon, Green cardamoms 3,,bay leaves 2,cumin seeds half table spoon, coriander powder 1 table spoon ,red chilly powder 3 table spoon, turmeric powder 1 table spoon, fennel powder 2 table spoon, dry ginger powder 1table spoon Preparation.... Take 600 grams of Boneless meat and pound well and put in a plate ,now pound 100 grams of Lotus stem and mix meat with it .Add Eggs ,corn flour ,Fennel powder ,salt ,red chilli powder,coriander powder,seeds of 1 black cardamom powder ,mix well and keep aside for half an hour .peel Half kg potatoes and make cuts.After half an hour make small balls with the meat mixture .Put a pan on a gasstove and pour mustard oil in it .Fry Koftas till light brown and fry potatoes too .put cumin seeds ,Bay leaves and green cardamoms in the same oil and saute well ,add chopped onions and saute well .Add garlic paste and spices like red chilli powder, coriander powder, fennel powder,dry Ginger powder, Turmeric powder,saute well ,Black cardamom powder,add water and mix well .put Koftas and potato pieces with salt in it ..mix well .Cover with a lid and cook for half an hour on medium to low flame till gravy becomes thick ..After half an hour check and it's ready .serve hot with rice or chapati .
