Forgotten Scrapbook is a very chunky grungy style journal, with a collection of well loved items in a forgotten diary: family recipes, photos, diaries, and letters. The journal contains authentic vintage and reproductions of vintage items, including recipes, diary pages from various years as early as 1916 (most with the original handwritten entries), reproduction letters and photographs, vintage postcards, 2 folios, vintage receipts and advertisements, small journal, small grungy style journal, 2 small pads, vintage grocery stamps, 2 decorated blank folders for notes, vintage quilt piece, and envelope postmarked 1943. The journal cover is bound with fabric, and decorated with vintage laces and doilies, with a sari silk tie closure. There are many pieces of removable ephemera and the journal is 6 inches tall and 4.25 inches wide. The 78 pages are coffee stained paper and vintage book pages. The pages are in three signatures in a 2 inch spine and are decorative stitched or edged with fabric and vintage lace. The pockets are made from fabric and vintage lace. The journal is created to have a vintage, very distressed, time worn look. There is only one available and it comes gift wrapped in brown kraft paper tied with string.
