Makes about 8 large sandwich cookies depending on size Oatmeal cookie 1 cup unsalted soften butter ¾ cup packed light brown sugar ½ cup sugar 2 large eggs 1 tsp vanilla 1.5 cups (120 grams per cup) flour (My flour has 11.7% protein content.) 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp ground cinnamon ½ tsp salt 3 cups of rolled oats (old fashioned, slow cooking) Bake at 350°F until completely baked in center. Depending on cookie size and your oven, it could take from 10 to 20 minutes.
