I don't get how most of you play Doom (MS-DOS) - Rant (1080p)

You see, I can't get how you people "can't play" this thing as close as everyone did originally back in '93. I've been looking at forums and places and... WHAT. One time I did google "right way to play Doom" and someone said to this one person, who was new to Doom that "do not use mods, they break the intended gameplay" but said "use this sourceport [GZDOOM]" which was ironic as even that changes the intended gameplay. The absolute right way is to use MS-DOS. I don't have that, so I emulate MS-DOS environment. And I am happy with that. I am also having this version issue, I like 1.1, but I don't hate the revision called "The Ultimate Doom" - there would be only 1.1 if it would be made properly. And, I can have me armor over 200% in 1.1! Also I don't object to using a mouse, as you could originally use one, despite what someones may tell you. But enough rambling. PS1 Doom is pretty awesome by the way, but dark. And I'm not a huge fan of its muzaks.
