Since I have a backlog of, oh, over 12 years of videos on YouTube, but no one wants to scroll too far back in my YouTube history, I'll post a classic right here on FB. Pick one of these dumbbell combos (complete with some basic instruction and groovy location). Old video, poor camera, boring talent... hopefully still helpful. Get yer strength groove on. Dumbbells, the forgotten strength tool. Bummer, because they're damn effective for serious heavy play. In fact, we recommend these three dumbbell combos with a relatively heavy pair. Lower reps and higher weight for multiple rounds. Less chance of screwing things up, more chance of some ass-whuppin' power and strength. We're a tribe of strength and ability, no matter where we are. This series puts your training in your hands, on your terms. There will also be words of (hopefully) wisdom, regarding making choices for yourself to improve the relationship with your body.
