Breaking News: The death toll in Haryana's communal violence increased - six on Wednesday, with a Bajrang Dal activist dying to his injuries, while numerous stores and godowns were set on fire late Tuesday night in Gurgaon, which remained on edge following confrontations in the Millennium City and adjoining Nuh. Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar promised harsh punishment for the perpetrators, saying 116 individuals had been arrested and 90 others had been detained since Monday's riots. The state police have also filed 44 FIRs, and a big manhunt is underway to find the rioters. The CM has requested five extra companies of Central paramilitary troops, and an IRB battalion would also be stationed in Nuh.
