I will first warn you that this is not a traditional Burnt Basque Cheesecake recipe. Sometimes I like to change things up. I like the look of the golden bubbly top and this method ensures a smooth texture on the inside. Below the recipe I tell you how to bake it so you get the more traditional results One important note before you start. Every oven is different and for this cake it makes a really big different. I got a new oven after testing this recipe so the result was not accuratly the same when filming. Recipe: 415g Cream cheese 115g Sugar 1,5 tsp Vanilla sugar 3 Eggs 10g Flour 8g Corn starts 275g Cream Bake at 230 for around 22 min Tip: If you want a classic Basque cheesecake look and taste you can bake at 240c for a little longer. If you struggle with the burned top, use the grill mode at the end of the cooking. Shaking the cake before putting in the oven will also help avoiding bubbles on top.
