40 minutes of pure production, average firewood "top logs" that we get around here, complete with knots, crotches and curves. Not a lot of trimming and not the gravy pole logs we all want to see! We've got Jason on the Waldon 5100 loader trying to keep up while sorting logs out of the pile, and Curtis on the new to us DR Rapid Fire KR22 kinetic splitter, we're running 6 way wedge on the processor and Curtis is handling any resplitting that needs done. I made a tray for the DR and we raised it up about 12" with a "lift kit" we made so you don't have to bend over to run it. This was about the second day of running the processor since the turbo install and paint job, and the first day using the kinetic splitter. This makes a great combo for making nice firewood! While you don't see it in this video, the way the conveyor is powered currently it doesn't get much pressure and it struggles with big outside boiler wood, so we've got another pump section on the way, then it will have it's own dedicated circuit like it should have had all along. I just didn't know that when I built it originally.
