This is raw, unedited footage of FBR’s Hadrian® H04 robotic bricklayer constructing a full test structure using Wienerberger Porotherm blocks - start to finish, no cuts, no polishing. In this build, Hadrian® achieved an effective lay rate of 36 square metres of wall per hour, completing the entire structure in just 1 hour and 21 minutes. That’s a 50% improvement over our previous benchmark of 24.4 m²/hr, set using standard concrete masonry units. The footage includes: • Camera views from inside the truck • All production delays • Any manual interventions • Measurement from first block down to last block down In a Western Australian context, these large-format Porotherm blocks would replace both the internal and external leaves of a traditional double brick cavity wall, effectively delivering the equivalent of 72 square metres of wall per hour. We’re releasing this footage in the spirit of transparency. No edits, no highlight reel - just the technology doing the work. We haven’t seen many construction technologies willing to show their performance this openly, and we hope this encourages others in the industry to do the same. This build also demonstrates how far we’ve progressed with block tolerance handling and tongue-and-groove placement using Hadrian® H04, something that’s far more complex than it looks. More updates coming as we continue to develop Hadrian®, Mantis™, Firehawk™ (stay tuned!), and future applications beyond construction. 👉 Read the full blog post here: https://www.fbr.com.au/view/blog-arti... 🌐 Learn more at www.fbr.com.au (C) Copyright 2026 FBR Limited
