Dr Weinrach demonstrates and discusses Mentor Memorygel and Memorygel Xtra, Allergan Natrelle Inspira, Soft Touch, and Highly Cohesive Gel. The Memorygel and Memorygel Xtra both have the same cohesive gel filler, but the Memorygel Xtra is more tightly filled; lower shell to filler ratio. The Allergan Inspira, Soft touch, and highly cohesive implants all have the same shell to fill ratio, but with a respective increase in filler "cohesiveness" or thickness. "Shaped" or "Anatomic" breast implants, also known as "teardrop" implants, are also discussed. Saline breast implants are still available; the older saline implant is a silicone shell which gets filled with saline or salt water. Dr. Weinrach also discusses and demonstrates the difference between a high profile implant and moderate and moderate plus profile implants.
