Please take the time to like this video as I took the time to make it for you all. This video addresses the following symptoms I ran into on my Cricut Expression. Cricut carriage bounces up and down repeatedly when I tap it. Cricut is not cutting through material, only scoring it. Cricut cuts lines to and from a design. Cricut blade is dragging across the material leaving lines. To make a long story short, I bought this Cricut used and it had those symptoms. I called Provo Craft and they wanted me to check the blade and carriage. This was not the problem. I also did a factory reset http://www.craftedge.com/support/cric.... This did not fix the problem. If you have a warranty on your machine, do not do the video steps, send it in to Provo Craft. This will void any and all warranty. I am not responsible if you further damage your machine.
