Our FIRST time in LOMBOK and we're taking you with us! (Don't forget to turn on subtitles) We started by checking into our hotel and heading straight out to explore. Our first stop was at local warungs, where we got a real taste of Lombok’s flavors. Then, we made our way to two of the island’s most famous waterfalls—Benang Stokel and Benang Kelambu. The short hike through the jungle, the fresh air, and the sound of rushing water made it an unforgettable experience. Next, we visited Tetebatu, a quiet village surrounded by rice fields, where we got a glimpse of local life and some of the most breathtaking landscapes we’ve seen. To wrap up our trip, we visited a local elementary school, where we got to meet the kids and experience the warmth of the community firsthand. Chalace learned about this school when she was 9 years old at her elementary school and wanted to visit this school since the, her dream come true. Lombok completely surprised us in the best way, and we can’t wait to explore more. And this is just the beginning—stay tuned for Lombok Part 2!
