For like the first half of my time playing this I was having a pretty good time, but to nobody's surprise I got fucking awful luck. Died 20 times past the spam including 94 twice and 93 twice, 25+ times in the spam itself (with the majority being due to bugs), and 30+ other times at the drop, totaling to around 80 deaths past the drop. For the last 2 days I played this it just became a huge fucking grind due to my luck, and honestly just felt like I was battling some rigged slot machine every time I got far. Very glad I was finally able to break through this dumb luck barrier tonight and finish this off since it was peeving me how long it was taking. Although the level itself is decently fun and the gameplay is cool, it makes me mad because this had potential to be one of the best extremes if it were just fine tuned more. The balancing is just flat out bad, the last 20% is harder than anything in the second half, and the wave at 35% is WAY harder than any other individual part in the level, as the slopes in the mini wave are retarded and make it inconsistent. The entire predrop itself is also unbalanced and pretty annoying to play due to this. Not only this but the amount of bugs in this level is abhorrent. The spam part is an inconsistent cesspool of bugs, with the only deciding factor of you passing it is if the big man upstairs feels like letting you. I watched npesta fix probably close to 50 bugs in the spam part, so he did what he could, but the part was just poorly made from the start and some things were impossible to fix. I understand this but it doesn't change the fact that it's up to random chance whether you pass the part or not. This led to LOTS of frustration at first but eventually it had gotten so ridiculous that I was just laughing off my deaths because of how stupid they were. Now this level isn't ALL bad, I will compliment the drop on how satisfying it is to play, and although everything past the spam is hard, that section is also very fun to play. Overall, this level had lots of potential, but fell short of what it could've been. I would not recommend this to anyone unless you're a spam junkie or someone who generally has good luck with levels, as that will certainly aid you in your experience here. I would also like to mention that I beat this on a copy because there was a random invisible spike at 53% that would kill me after I hit the first blue pad.
