Amedeo Tommasi & Stefano Torossi are Italian composers, both coming from a background of playing jazz throughout the 1960s, before moving to synthesizer based works in the 70s and 80s. This is one of three albums the duo released in 1986, all through Costanza Records, before assumedly moving on to other pastures. These releases are part of the "Musica per commenti sonori" series, which Stefano had begun in the 1960s. Couldn't include the full title in the video because of the YouTube character limit.
