Saint Martin is the only coral island of Bangladesh, in the northeastern part of the Bay of Bengal, about 9 km south of the tip of the Cox's Bazar-Teknaf and forming the southernmost part of Bangladesh. There is a small adjoining island that is separated at high tide, called Chera Dip. November to April is the only tourist visiting time of Saint Martin | সেন্টমার্টিন দ্বীপ. About 8 thousand of locals live here. Almost every family owns a piece of land here and tries to either lend to tourism companies or they themselves make hotels & resorts. Fishing is also a part of their main livelihood. Saint martin’s main attraction is sand and coral beach round the island. This time we planned a yearly holiday trip with my family and cousin’s. we stayed 5 days and 4 nights in Saint Martin and with a best experience ever. I woke up every morning to see natures beautiful sunrise. I experienced locals net fishing, locals welcoming friendliness, buying fish directly from fishermen, had amazing live b b q, experienced twilight, sunset and so much more..
