You’ll not only discover how Transurban have developed a strong analytics culture, you’ll also see how we are using data to improve the safety and performance of our road network. There are a number of important ingredients required to build a strong analytics culture and at Transurban we succeeded because of the strong collaboration between business and technology. We identified passionate and data literate people whom had real business problems to solve. This combined with good technology and appropriate levels of governance formed the right ingredients for a successful data analytics and Tableau journey for Transurban.
