Then you have got to try this recipe. These dinner rolls are some of the fluffiest I’ve ever had, and they’re so simple. If anything, these are a bit time consuming, but so worth it! With your mixer, combine activated yeast, sweet potatoes and eggs. Slowly add in a mixture of all purpose flour, bread flour and salt. Mix until well combined. Knead the dough on a well-floured surface, and let it rest in an oiled bowl for 1-½ hours. Knead the dough one more time. Flatten the dough into a circle, portion and roll it up into individual rolls. Place the rolls into a greased bake dish, and while they’re resting, whip up the honey butter. Brush the rolls with the honey butter and bake. When the rolls are done, brush with more honey butter. See? So easy, and so worth the time to make them from scratch. Moist, fluffy and sweet!
