Hi Lovelies! Here is the final installment of creating the Art Journal.. . I hope you find it helpful! Please let me know if anything was unclear or you need a little help.. . A couple of things I forgot to mention, I like to use a darning needle with a large eye for the needlework, you can get them at Walmart but you have to be quick, I always find the darning needles to sell out really quickly! Also, the first part , embroidering the spine, is purely decorative. So if you want to skip this part, or if your spine is too delicate, then just skip to the next part & you can adhere the text block as in the video. If this is too much to take on, here is a quick but wonderful alternative.. . It literally takes under 20 minutes to remove the middle of the book & add the eyelets & elastic, then you can just fold pretty papers & put them under the elastic. Most of my papers are from Michaels, paper source or Papyrus. The lace I used is French Chantilly Lace Trim, stretch cotton. I’m not sure where you can get it but possibly an online store like Mood Fabrics or b & j fabrics.. . If anyone knows where it’s available online, please leave a link in the comments! • No Sew Journal for 2020 || Super Easy Alte...
