Art Rooney II, Omar Khan and the entire Steelers front office had a great opportunity to turn the Pittsburgh Steelers around, to go after someone new and young. Instead, they opted to go with a copy of Mike Tomlin and are just settled with staying in mediocrity. This was the most lazy, safe, and complacent hire possible.
