Town Hall railway station is a heritage-listed underground commuter rail station located in the centre of the Sydney central business district in New South Wales, Australia. The station opened on 28 February 1932. It is named after the Sydney Town Hall, located directly above the station. Town Hall railway station is connected to QVB (Queen Victoria Bldg) Shopping Mall and Westfield Mall, so it is very convenient to go by train. Circular Quay railway station however, is a heritage-listed elevated commuter rail station that is located on the City Circle route, serving the Circular Quay precinct of the Sydney central business district.
