READ THIS!!!! In the specs it says the contacts are copper. If that is the case, they are silver plated with a thin layer of silver. The easiest "fix" then (about 0,05V less volt drop) might be to bend or hammer the end of the contact, so the connection to the 510 pin is more flush, as I suggest early in the video. The copper I use is 40% thicker then the conntact installed. The difference between my contact and the silver/ copper installed is 0,07V, even when the original contact is hammered to sit flush at the contact point. That also makes me question the copper quality in the original contact. Or maybe it's a question of just mass over metal 😁 The shell is colored through and easy to sand down. I have now also made some thin rubber lining on the inside of the mod in strategic places. The Squeezer feels much more expensive now that the plastic don't make any sounds and everything is a much tighter fit. With a thick massive copper contact and better contact point it now hits like a truck! Voltage drop when firing on the fixed Squeezer is 0.41V. Voltage drop in original state is 0.52V Voltage drop with original contact hammered to give better connection is 0.48V This is tested with two different batteries, twice today. The best results I have ever gotten from the Purge Suicide King is 0.45. Today it was 0.52. Time to clean contacts :-)
