Full process of cleaning 14 pieces of full goat intestine and cooking tasty curry with luchi for whole village people. Women first cutting and cleaning intestine using normal water then they clean intestine using hot water and then they boiled the intestine using turmeric powder and salt and then they clean using pure water and cutting the intestine into very small small size. They clean the intestine into 4 step. Then they also cutting potato into small small pieces. Then women started cooking spice & tasty intestine curry. They added all kinds of spice ingredient with the intestine and potato. All the ingredient name we added with the video as English subtitle. Between cooking the intestine curry some others women preparing making the luchi(Hand made crispy bread type). After making about 600+ pieces of luchi they wanted to serve the food to whole village people. This goat intestine called in bengali "Vuri" and very much tasty food for village people.
