It is very healthy and quick and easy to cook. It cook almost like bottl;e gourd but in much lesser time and is very high in water content thus reduce in volume when cooked. For best result cook nenua with fresh herbs and less spices. Nenua Chingri is a delicious and nutritious Indian dish made with nenua (sponge gourd) and prawns. The dish is packed with flavors and is a perfect combination of vegetables and protein. The prawns adds a unique texture and taste to the dish, while the sponge gourd provide a creamy and hearty base. This sabji is easy to make and can be enjoyed with roti or rice as a main course.
