Part 1 of an epic two-day adventure with my buddy Kevin! He came out to help clear up some serious overgrowth on the property. We started deep in one of the draws on the east side, cutting a new shooting lane for target practice using the chainsaws, Kubota L3302, and brush hog. It wasn’t easy — thick brush, fallen limbs, and some stubborn trees — but we powered through! After that, we headed to the west side pasture, which was completely overrun with persimmon saplings. We took down close to 100 of them to open it back up. Kevin even got some time behind the wheel of the 4-wheeler and the tractor!
