PEMBROKE - Dusky & Breaksea Sounds

Back in March, Mum organised a family trip down to Fiordland to celebrate her 65th Birthday. We spent 5 nights aboard the MV Pembroke, exploring some of what the Dusky & Breaksea Sounds have to offer. One of the highlights for everyone was getting the chance to free-dive with Groper / Hapuku in the Wet Jacket Arm Marine Reserve. The marine life down here definitely did not disappoint. Abundant Crayfish, Paua, Cod & Flounder had us well fed each night. We also managed to catch a Southern Bluefin Tuna while trolling - very tasty addition to the menu!! Massive thanks to Craig & Amber for doing all the hard work and allowing us to just take in the aura of the place. It was definitely a trip to remember!
