Bounce Back! - LDS Music (1985) (HD) (Remastered) While searching for my old seminary usic from the 80's, I came across this free cassette tape created by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. It is over 3 decades old. I digitized the tape and remastered the audio to the best of my ability. This music is the end result. The point of this tape is that sometimes life is hard. We get depressed or anxious. We may have lost a job, lost a good friend, become very sick, etc. However, we can "Bounce Back" from these troubled times. We all wish it was easy to "bounce back" or "pick yourself up". Unfortunately it is not easy, especially when you are in the midst of the trial. There are things you can do to begin to bounce back. However, the most important thing you can do is to find someone you can talk with and let them know how you are feeling. Please remember, Heavenly Father loves you and is always listening.
