After defeating Ballade once and for all, Mega Man had to hurry and escape from the Wily Station he was stationed in. But alas, Wily had another fortress that Mega Man had to seek him out in. The Wily Battleship. It's in space. So Dr. Light modified Rush so that Mega Man can use him to head up there. ---------- You start out walking over the top of this battleship outdoors, finding your way in. Watch out for the rockets and miniboss along the way. But then you run into this level's FIRST boss: Some kind of Defense System on its Bridge. It can use some of previous Robot Master's Special Weapons, such as Ring Boomerang, Power Stone, Napalm Bomb, and even Ballade Cracker. It ALSO has an eye that opens up as a weak point, and its weakness is against A LOT of Special Weapons, including the everything it uses BESIDES Ring Boomerang, but it also hates Pharoah Shot and Beat. I just keep it simple by shooting its eye out with a charged Pharaoh Shot. ---------- But the level isn't over, yet. Now Mega Man is inside the battleship. Another level full of enemies from previous levels. At one point, you will need to use the Rush Jet to get across spike pits. Just make sure you line Rush up in the right spots. At the end of this portion, you will have to fight the second boss: The Hunter. The one-eyed bot keeps bouncing around everywhere, and will eventually split into multiple copies. The real deal is also weak against the Pharaoh Shot. Keep charging it to REALLY make it hurt. ---------- Then you keep going through this level, again. More enemies to shoot. Another spike pit to fly over. At one point, ther will be a whole lineup of goodies to pick up. The only way to get to them is to Charge Kick through the flashing blocks protecting them. The third boss here is another Hunter, but this time you have to fight it on uneven ground that keeps shifting around. ---------- There are no more single bosses going forward, but there is something else to look forward to ig you Charge Kick through one more flashing block like I did at 9:33. Proto Man returns! Pick up whatever super-helpful item he tosses out for you. Just make sure you don't fall into the spike pit before him to get to it and back. ---------- This video stops after I reach a Wily teleporter. You know what that means... And for the very first time in a Game Boy game, too!
