Incorrect lapping risks water getting into the join and leaking onto the flat roof. • Always wait for FlexiProof EPDM Primer to become touch dry and still tacky before applying Flashing Tape. This avoids gas bubbles forming between these seals and helps to create a smart and watertight finish.
