A little while ago one of our subscribers asked us if we had any episodes regarding seasickness after disembarkation, a condition called MdDS (Mal de Débarquement Syndrome). Commonly called disembarkment syndrome or even land sickness. We decided it might be helpful to do a quick episode, and talk about MdDS symptoms, MdDS cure, and MdDS diagnosis. According to the MdDS Balance Disorder Foundation MdDS after cruise can affect anyone, but the majority of people who suffer from this are women, and they tend to be in their 40’s when onset occurs. There is no known mal de debarquement syndrome cure, but there is some MdDS guidance for people that suffer from this syndrome.
