Journey through Quedlinburg with us as we search for the exact spot where they crowned the Duke of Saxony, Henry I, in 919! Known for its Medieval streets and more than 1300 half timbered houses, Quedlinburg was the first capital of Germany. Here, you can satisfy your thirst for any stereotypical German thing you can think of - Schnitzel, Mustard, a giant kuku clock, and even a little ice cream dungeon! Most of the buildings here have been preserved as a UNESCO world heritage site. Of all of the places we have visited in Germany, Quedlinburg is (so far) the most beautiful, and the people are extremely nice and welcoming! (Thank you all!) And of course, none of this would be possible without the beautiful princess Desi Cake! She puts a lot of work into planning and shooting B roll. This channel wouldn't be what it is without her.
