I explained the rules to tracking fish in the video, but here is a breakdown of it if you prefer reading: 1) Most upper tier fish appear in only one place, so make sure to note the location 2) The time of the day usually is not important, but if you're having trouble finding a particular fish, go at the time noted in the video 3) Most fish have more than one lure to catch them with (except carps), but you can never go wrong if you chose the lure that is listed in the bestiary in the video 4) Check whether the fish gives a food reward or treasure reward: food fish appear as yellow dots on the minimap while treasure fish are blue dots 5) Check the background of the fish photo. If it is just black with blue streaks, it's a regular fish with a small dot. If it is black with golden streaks, it is a boss fish and will appear as a dot with a large circle on the minimap. 6) Lastly, remember that fish above a certain size/weight will not appear until you are level 10 in fishing Here is the spreadsheet with all info: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/...
