To mark Mental Health Awareness Week, we carried out an exclusive survey asking men about what is most affecting their mental health right now. Almost a quarter told us their mental health had declined over the last year. Of those, money concerns came top, with health worries also high on the list. Our panel will be reflecting on the findings and opening up about the biggest factors affecting their mental health. Mike will be talking about the health worries that have left him with a very important decision, and Vernon will be revealing why becoming a dad completely changed his outlook.
