Nihao! Today, we peek into an abandoned railway track park along Lin Lin Lu, just east of Beijing’s Central Business District. 🚶 Getting There: Arrive by shared bike, scooter or take the subway to Sihui (Exit E), then walk north to Lin Lin Lu. Look for small gaps in the roadside barriers—you’ll spot the tracks. 🌳 What to Expect: Some areas are off-limits, but much of the track is open for walking and photos, with city views and space to explore. The path is quiet, even on weekends, and you’ll find both footpaths and tracks to wander. In autumn, the yellow leaves make it especially scenic. 🌱 Hidden Details: Along the way, locals use fenced spaces as small allotments, growing onions and more. Eventually, the old track meets an active railway line—time to turn back or grab a bite at nearby local restaurants. Do you know the history of this line? Share in the comments!
