Outline Each candidate will be given a maximum of 5 minutes to outline their position on human rights and digital rights, followed by a few prepared questions on the following subjects; Privacy and mass surveillance (Investigatory Powers Act) Freedom of expression / the press (Espionage Act proposals) Position on Human Rights Act / European Convention on Human Rights We will then invite questions from the audience for the remainder of the evening. Candidates We have invited candidates from the parties contesting the Leeds Central constituency.
