As someone who used to struggle with anxiety and panic attacks, there were a few changes I made to my life to reduce my stress. One of the key habits I changed is what I chose to drink on a daily basis. Switching from coffee to tea was a little difficult at first, but there are a bunch of great reasons to switch to tea. In this video I cover the main reasons I switched to tea from coffee and some of the reasons I continue drinking tea.
